Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are usually processed within 3–5  business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. After your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Time

Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs clearance procedures. The Bags Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs, payment verifications, or similar issues.

Shipping Cost

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders. However, customers are responsible for any applicable import fees or customs charges. If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, any shipping or return fees will be deducted from your refund.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
